Successfully Opposed Anticipatory Bail Application in Karkardooma District Court, Delhi.

An Anticipatory Bail Application was successfully opposed by Adv. Devesh Saxena, Managing Partner, S&D Legal Associates whilst appearing on behalf of the Complainant.


The Applicant was wanted in a case punishable under Section 406, 420, 120B of IPC and it was the the case of the Complainant that the Applicant had deliberately induced him to deliver the immovable property in lieu of a sale deed, however, upon such transfer he committed default in the payment of the same as agreed under the sale deed.


After observing that the applicant/ accused is not joining the investigation and evading his arrest also after keeping in view the magnitude of cheating and the conduct of the applicant/accused, the learned Additional Session Judge- 05 dismissed the Anticipatory Bail Application of the Accused/Applicant.
