Recently we got an opportunity to appear before the Principal Secretary, Government of Uttar Pradesh in a Revision Case u/s. 41(3) of the U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1976, wherein we challenged an order passed by the CEO, NOIDA on behalf of our clients, M/s. Three C Builders Pvt. Ltd.

The CEO, NOIDA vide his impugned order had arbitrarily rejected the claim requesting the benefit of "Zero Period" under the "Zero Period Policy" of NOIDA dated 28.03.2016.

The learned Principal Secretary was pleased to dispose of the revision by setting aside the order of CEO, NOIDA, and further directed CEO, NOIDA to re-consider the matter in the light of observations and findings made therein.
